Still on track!

Step 1: Goals - it's been a day but I got my exercising in!
Step 2: Accountability - here is today's post
Step 3: Music - Today I discovered http://www.jango.com/ a create your own radio station site.
Step 4: Weigh Self REGULARLY! - todays weigh in? 163.4 so .4 lbs down or normal fluxuation.

Now onto a new step in my "create it as you go but stick to it" weight loss plan.

Step 5: Track Exercise/Day - Today I jogged for 22 minutes so far. Yesterday I jogged 28 minutes and did 175 crunches. I also gave myself heat exhaustion mowing the lawn mid-afternoon.

That's it for today. Tonight is a sleepover for Dom with some friends and Ezra just arrived so I'm off!
