Just a quick update. I actually followed through on my exercise plans! I did 58 minutes on the Wii Fit and burned 308 calories! I think writing down here that I plan on doing it encourages me to actually to it. I'm starving, what to do for lunch a sandwich and salad or low fat turkey chili with toasted bread? I'll have one for lunch and the other for dinner. hmmm.... Decisions decisions. Oh well for now it's time to shower because shew I stink!
